Interior Design Packages through EYD

Full Service Interior Design - The HGTV Experience

Our Full-Service Interior Design service is like the full start to finish “HGTV” approach.  Your project will be led by our principal designer, Elizabeth Yager, with assistance from the other designers on our team. The EYD team will be the project managers and will work alongside your general contractor. These services will include the EYD team being there every step of the way from the design phase, mood boards, cabinet design, materials selections, purchasing, managing deliveries, construction oversight, site visits, installations, and of course furnishing and décor at the end.

We do also offer the full service design package through the construction phase only, allowing you to do the furnishing and decor yourself.

 

If you would like to start to finish design services on project, we charge percentage of the total cost of the project construction for new builds*, additions, or large remodels.  If you are interested in this type of service by the room, please reach out for a quote. 

Design Consultant Packages - A La Carte Design Services

This package is great for those clients who don't know how much help they want, have a tighter budget, or want to do some of the work because it lets you pick and choose exactly what parts of the project you would like assistance with. EYD will simply charge an hourly fee for our interior design services rendered.  You will be in the drivers seat about what areas specifically you need help with. We are happy to assist you with as much or as little as you would like, and your wish list will be discussed in our initial consultation. Home decoration is where we do not do any construction, but we change furniture and decor to update a home. This can be ne of the the most inexpensive ways to refresh your home.

 

Home staging is the preparation of a private residence for sale in the real estate marketplace. The goal of staging is to make a home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers, thereby selling a property more swiftly and for more money. By utilizing your own furniture in a new way, swapping outdated pieces for show-ready ones, or added touches of outdoor life, home staging makes the most of your home by helping buyers focus on its features rather than its flaws.

Furniture and Decor Sales

Elizabeth Yager Designs is currently authorized to sell many brands of furniture and decor, available for purchase on a per order basis.  Most of our vendors are to the trade and do not ship to residences with the exception of some lighting, wallcoverings, and a few other elect products. If you are interested in ordering something that does not ship directly to you, we will need to identify a receiving warehouse for the product to be delivered to and then tax, freight, and delivery fees would apply. If you would like for me to get you pricing on any furniture pieces, please feel free to reach out and message me at elizabethyagerdesigns@gmail.com and please be as specific as possible as to what product caught your eye and we will provide dimensions, pricing, and lead times.
